Parker Finch Management CEO Jim Small appeared as a guest on Sonoran Living, an Arizona based talk show on ABC. Airing on June 27th, Jim spoke with show host Tracy Kornet about homeowner associations and how people can make their association experience a little better.

"I love helping people with their homes and their communities," Small said after the show. "It was nice of Sonoran Living to invite me to their show so that we could help people with their HOA and condominium questions."

During the segment, titled "HOA Help," Small explained to viewers that their management company should be able to field questions and comments 24 hours a day and that it is important for homeowners to contact their management company instead of their board. This is due to the fact that board members are volunteers and fellow neighbors whereas the management company is hired to assist the homeowners.
