Parker Finch Management has been voted a Top 30 “Best Places to Work in the Valley” by The Phoenix Business Journal and Best Companies AZ. With its number 15 ranking, Parker Finch Employees see their company's name on the exclusive list for the first time.

"I feel so happy to be here," said Millette Miller, an Accounting Specialist who recently started with the company. "Everyone has been so nice right from the start!"

Parker Finch was named to the list for providing its team members with free chair massages, paid days off on birthdays, referral bonuses, organized pot luck lunches, and frequent company outings, among other things.

"We really focus on making sure our team is taken care of," said Savannah McNierney, the Director of Human Resources. "When someone works for us, they are not just a co-worker, they are part of our family."

Parker Finch, the nation's first homeowner association management company to franchise, is based in Phoenix, Arizona and has offices throughout the southwest.
