James R. Small (Chief Executive Officer)
   


Mr. Small is a designated Independent Community Manager with vast experience in large-scale vendor management, negotiating supplier contracts, and managing large teams. Mr. Small assists Home Owners' Associations with all aspects of corporate management including budgeting, cash management, and stakeholder communications.

In addition to his experience with Home Owners' Associations, Mr. Small has been an executive with a Big 4 Management Consulting firm in the US and Europe, served as a Home Loan Officer for one of the largest US banks, holds an Arizona Real Estate license, and participates as an active real estate investor.

Mr. Small graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a degree in Business and earned an MBA with honors from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management.

   

     
Keith Helmuth (Chief Financial Officer)    

 Mr. Helmuth is the Chief Financial Officer with over 17 years of experience of building and directing corporate finance organizations.

His background includes a deep understanding of marketing, IT/Software Development, finance, HR, operational alignment and accounting software implementations.

His wide range of Industry experience includes Consulting, IT, Services and Manufacturing. He has been CFO, Director of Finance and Controller for several high-growth businesses including an Arizona-based Inc. 500  company.

Mr. Helmuth began his career in the Public Accounting industry, specializing in Tax and Auditing. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Goshen College, Goshen, Indiana.

   

   
Dave Shaw (Director of Franchise Development)    
As Director of Franchise Development, Mr. Shaw brings to the company significant years of business development and franchising experience with numerous high growth concepts.

Mr. Shaw served as the Vice President of Franchise Development at Rapid Refill Ink from August 2005 until June 2006 in Denver, Colorado. He served as President of Makoto USA, Inc. in Centennial, Colorado from July 2002 to December 2004 where he established an extensive nationwide distribution network for the company's unique fitness products. From September 1999 to December 2001, Mr. Shaw was President and Chief Executive Officer of EBIZ Enterprises, Inc. in Stafford, Texas - a publicly traded manufacturer of Linux computer systems. Prior to that, Mr. Shaw was president of Focus on Sales, a licensing company for consultants. Mr. Shaw grew this company from inception to over 125 licensees from 1996 to 1999 when the company was sold.

   

 

     
Savannah Wolach (Managing Director of Organizational Performance)    

Ms. Wolach serves as the Managing Director of Organizational Performance and is responsible for communication with legal counsel, ensuring compliance with franchise laws, and team member recruiting and retention. During her tenure with Parker Finch, she has been successful in implementing a Best Place to Work environment, resulting in Parker Finch being selected as one of the 2006 Best Places to Work in the Phoenix Area. Ms. Wolach is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Ms. Wolach previously worked as the Senior Vice President of the National Institute of Community Management (NICM) for five years where she was intimately involved in that organization’s operations, training, business development, and growth. She also served as the President of the NICM Advisory Board for one year.
